The Full Story
Reaching Back Together (RBT), is a nonprofit organization seeking to mentor, coach, and guide the youth by providing vocational skills and entrepreneurship training. RBT serves as a pathway for the youth to become successful leaders of tomorrow.
Mission
RBT accomplishes its mission through community outreach which includes interacting with the youth in schools, community centers, etc. RBT’s members are comprised of community leaders and associates with various backgrounds that focuses on connecting youth to adults in the workforce. Teaching valuable skills that translate beyond a single experience and empowering them to find meaningful work that builds on their own interests and experiences.
